Part of the Chef Series, a collaboration with James Beard award winning Chef Christopher Gross, using his discarded chef coats worn for fundraising events throughout his storied career. Chef conceived the concept of reclaiming his coats for a sculptural series instead of simply discarding them to the landfill. I jumped at the chance and this evocatively sophisticated yet playful collection was born, mirroring Chef’s innovative style and ultra creative culinary excellence.
